A company with government investment has been recently set up, apparently to work solely with the public sector on renewable energy projects. Why is this needed when the market is doing so well at delivering e.g. wind turbines – even on low wind speed sites. Public sector bodies – watch out – you may not be getting the best deal from Partnerships for Renewables – check out the competition too.
